At Kitchen & Bath Center, every hardware item we sell is brand new, first-quality product from the manufacturer. Because finishes and packaging are easily damaged once a product has been opened or installed, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or refunds. We offer replacements only, as described below.

Replacement Policy

We will replace your item at no cost to you if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective;
  • You received the wrong item, size, or finish (different from what your order confirmation shows); or
  • Items were missing from your shipment.

Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Replacements are for the same item, size, and finish originally ordered and are shipped free of charge. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable substitute or store credit at our discretion.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Email contact@kitchennbathcenter.com or call 617.934.8330 (Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–1:00pm);
  • Include your order number, the item(s) affected, and photos of the product and packaging showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy;
  • Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

We respond to replacement requests within 2 business days. Approved replacements ship within 5–7 business days.

What Is Not Covered

  • Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, alteration, or normal wear;
  • Finish variations inherent to the material (living finishes such as unlacquered brass naturally patina over time);
  • Change of mind, ordering errors by the customer, or items purchased in error — please verify size, finish, and quantity before ordering. Our team is happy to help you confirm fit before you buy;
  • Products purchased from other retailers.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products we sell are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty (for example, Amerock hardware carries a limited lifetime warranty to the original consumer purchaser). Warranty claims after our 14-day replacement window should be directed to the manufacturer; we’re glad to assist you with the process.
